HOW FAR AWAY ARE YOU FROM THE AIRPORT?

The Highland Dallas is approximately 10–15 minutes from Dallas Love Field and about 25–30 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, depending on traffic.

IS THE HIGHLAND DALLAS CLOSE TO AT&T STADIUM?

Yes. The Highland Dallas is centrally located with convenient access to major Dallas–Fort Worth sporting venues, including AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

IS THE HOTEL NON-SMOKING?

Yes, 100% non-smoking hotel.

WHAT TIME CAN WE CHECK-IN? WHEN IS CHECK-OUT?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, with checkout at 12:00 PM. Late checkout is available for a fee—$50 until 2:00 PM, a half-day rate until 5:00 PM, and a full night’s rate after 5:00 PM. Guests must be 21 or older to register, and an early departure fee of $150 applies.

We are a cashless hotel and do not accept cash payments.

PETS

IS THE HIGHLAND DALLAS A DOG-FRIENDLY HOTEL?

We love our four-legged guests. Pets up to 100 lbs. are welcome, and service animals are always fully accommodated. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 plus tax is applicable per pet.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN YOUR DINING AREAS?

Service dogs are permitted in all areas of the hotel. Non–service pets are welcome in the lobby and courtyard, though they are not allowed in our dining spaces.


PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION?

Transportation services are not available through the hotel.

DO YOU OFFER VALET PARKING?

Valet parking is available for $55 and includes in/out privileges. Covered parking is offered, while self-parking and secured parking are not available.

HOW CAN GUESTS GET TO AT&T STADIUM FROM THE HOTEL?

Guests can reach the stadium by rideshare, taxi, personal vehicle, or by using DART Rail or TRE to a nearby hub, followed by a shuttle or rideshare for the final segment.

The Reserve at The Highland is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night cocktails, with complimentary valet available for all dining guests. Room service is also offered during regular operating hours.

Yes. Our 24-hour Fitness Center features LifeFitness cardio machines, strength equipment, and space for stretching. Guests also have easy access to the nearby Katy Trail.


PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AT THE HOTEL?

All guests are welcome to take personal photos during their visit. Any professional photo shoots or filming requests must be submitted to the Marketing Department for review and approval and may be subject to location fees and restrictions. Please email marketing@thehighlanddallas.com at least five days prior to your requested date.
