The Highland Dallas is approximately 10–15 minutes from Dallas Love Field and about 25–30 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, depending on traffic.

Yes. The Highland Dallas is centrally located with convenient access to major Dallas–Fort Worth sporting venues, including AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

We are a cashless hotel and do not accept cash payments.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, with checkout at 12:00 PM. Late checkout is available for a fee—$50 until 2:00 PM, a half-day rate until 5:00 PM, and a full night’s rate after 5:00 PM. Guests must be 21 or older to register, and an early departure fee of $150 applies.

ACCESSIBILITY

We offer accessible guest rooms, including accommodations designed for guests with hearing accessibility needs.

PETS

Service dogs are permitted in all areas of the hotel. Non–service pets are welcome in the lobby and courtyard, though they are not allowed in our dining spaces.

We love our four-legged guests. Pets up to 100 lbs. are welcome, and service animals are always fully accommodated. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 plus tax is applicable per pet.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Transportation services are not available through the hotel.

Valet parking is available for $55 and includes in/out privileges. Covered parking is offered, while self-parking and secured parking are not available.

Guests can reach the stadium by rideshare, taxi, personal vehicle, or by using DART Rail or TRE to a nearby hub, followed by a shuttle or rideshare for the final segment.

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Simply inform your server or a front desk agent of any specific needs.

We are happy to accommodate groups of all sizes and offer specially curated menus for your event.

We offer vegetarian and vegan options on each of our menus at The Reserve at The Highland.

We offer a variety of dining experiences, onsite at The Reserve at The Highland, our signature American grille restaurant as well as the Reserve Lounge & Bar.  year.

The Reserve at The Highland is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night cocktails, with complimentary valet available for all dining guests. Room service is also offered during regular operating hours.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

All guests are welcome to take personal photos during their visit. Any professional photo shoots or filming requests must be submitted to the Marketing Department for review and approval and may be subject to location fees and restrictions. Please email marketing@thehighlanddallas.com at least five days prior to your requested date.
