• Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be present at the time of redemption.  
  • Returns on products will be issued if the package is unopened, damaged, and the product or item is unused or tampered with. A receipt must be presented and products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  
  • We do not offer returns on spa services and all sales are final once a service has been completed. We have a 15-minute grace period in which a service can be terminated.  
  • Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee in the amount equal to 50% of the scheduled service to the Credit Card on file.  
  • Same day bookings and services scheduled outside of the 24-hour cancellation window are still subject to these policies and you will be charged the full price of the service scheduled should you not show up.  
  • No shows or appointments canceled less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged the full price of the service booked to the Credit Card on file.  
  • Late Arrivals: For a stress-free spa experience we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled service. In the event you are late, your service will still end at the scheduled time and full-service fees will be charged.
